We want every client to feel confident booking a consultation with Ghivexonflox. This Return Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or reschedule a session, and any limits that apply.

1. Single sessions

If you purchase a single consultation (the "Reset Conversation" plan) and decide it is not the right fit before the session takes place, you can request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that point, the session is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

2. Multi-session plans

For the "Monthly Companion" and "Quarterly Rhythm" plans, you may request a refund of the unused portion within 14 days of your first session if you feel the format is not the right fit. The cost of any sessions already delivered will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. We do our best to accommodate shorter-notice changes when our calendar allows. Repeated last-minute cancellations may, at our discretion, count toward the session credit for that plan.

4. Missed sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not contacted us in advance, that session is treated as delivered and is not eligible for a refund. We will always try to reach out and re-engage before counting a missed session.

5. Cancellations by us

If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer the earliest possible reschedule. If a suitable alternative time cannot be agreed, the session will be refunded in full.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or to reschedule, please contact us via the form on the Contact page or call our office during business hours. Please include the name on the booking, the plan you purchased, and a brief reason for the request so we can process it quickly.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
